📦 Viora Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
Shipping Times
Our standard delivery time is:

(Depending on your location and local postal carrier speed.)
Most orders arrive earlier, but we ask customers to allow the full delivery window.
Order Tracking
Every order includes full tracking from dispatch to delivery.

Tracking numbers are sent via email immediately after shipping.

Customers can monitor their shipment’s progress at any time.

If a package shows as “Delivered” by the carrier, Viora considers the order fulfilled.
This tracking confirmation serves as proof of delivery for both customers and payment processors.

Estimated delivery window
If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact.viorashop@gmail.com.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed, please allow up to 15 business days from the shipping date. We will work with the carrier to locate the package.
If the carrier marks the package as Delivered, Viora is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. Customers should contact their local carrier or delivery facility.
Incorrect Address Entry
Customers are responsible for entering their correct shipping information.
Viora is not able to refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If the carrier marks the package as Delivered, Viora is not responsible.
Refunds for Non-Delivery
If a package has not been delivered after 20 business days, and tracking does not show a delivery scan, Viora will offer a replacement or refund.
Orders marked as Delivered by the carrier are not eligible for a refund under “item not received” claims.
